Another Sign that the Great Tribulation is at the Door

One very distinct sign that Jesus told us to watch for that would indicate the beginning of the Tribulation is found in Luke chapter 21. Verse 20 says:

"And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh."

It's going to get MUCH worse for Israel, sorry to say. Jerusalem will be completely encircled by her enemies. That hasn't actually happened yet, but it does look imminent.

Luke 21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

(Get the heck out of Jerusalem! Jesus warned everyone to get out or stay away from it in verse 21.)

We are seeing many fall by the edge of the sword. I ask you,

"In modern history, when have so many been decapitated by the sword?" Is it just me, or does this use of the sword seem a little strange to anyone out there? Come on! Who even knows how to use a sword these days except maybe in sport? But to go around mass executing non-Muslims? It's archaic. It's barbaric. Nobody's doing anything to stop it. (Although Russia and Iran who profess to want to "help" are making matters much worse.) And the president of the US is encouraging the acceptance of Islam. (And probably aiding and abetting IS. Ok, that's just a personal opinion so let's just stick with the Bible. Sorry.)

And, when the Bible speaks of the "Gentiles", it is not speaking about Christians! It's speaking about non-Christians, devil-worshippers and, of course, those who want to perform a "holy" jihad against Jerusalem. And who are we walking about? Right. The Muslims. Christians are NOT Gentiles. Neither are we "infidels".

Seeing as Mohammad the so-called "prophet" (who is actually not a prophet at all because nothing he prophesied ever came to pass as far as I know and one is not a prophet unless one's prophecies come to pass) was raised by sudo-parents in a Christian home, he had access to the Bible. The Bible is where that word "infidel" comes from. It's not an Islamic word but a word used by them out of context. They should use that word to describe themselves.

I'm sorry if this post is a bit "politically incorrect", but there's a saying,

"If the truth kills, let it kill."

I believe the truth won't kill anything that is of the Truth.

So, what would be "The Times of the Gentiles"? I think we're seeing it now. The Muslims are rising up, gathering "converts" (another Christian word misused by Islam) and becoming more and more militant. There's a wave of Islam sweeping the world. You all noticed, right?

It must be their time: "The Time of the Gentiles". They'll have their day. That's so they can fill their cup of iniquity. But, that's another story...

In verse 8, Jesus warns us:

"Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them."

WATCH OUT FOR FALSE CHRISTS.

Any Muslim will also tell you that the Muslims believe in "Jesus". Folks, it is NOT the same Jesus. They call their Jesus Esau and they say he didn't DIE. So, how could they be talking about the Christian Jesus?

Other cults, like the Luciferians say that Jesus is the "Sun God" rather than the "Son of God". The B'hais believe that B'houlla was Jesus returned in the flesh. (Sorry if I spelled that wrong, I'll get back to that.) But they think Jesus returned in the body of B'houlla and that we are now living in the "Millennium". Ok, so all that to say, Jesus warned us several times that there would be false Christs. And if you are a proponent of the "Pre-Tribulation Rapture", you may be someone susceptible to this kind of deception.

I Thessalonians 5:3 tell us:
"For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape."

As believers in Christ, we are supposed to be able to "discern the signs of the times".

Think about it, my dear fellow believers. (If you haven't already thought about it.)
WHO is advocating "peace and safety" and "security" and "kindness"? Those are the buzz words that should alert us to action. The action of watching and praying.
