DON'T BE DECEIVED

Deception is the name of the game these days, folks. They're all trying to deceive us. That's because we live on the devil's territory and the devil is the "father of lies".

So, if something sounds a bit funny to you, maybe it's because it's a lie. If it sounds too good to be true, maybe that's because it is.

For example, when has there ever been world peace?

Like... never. So, now, after six thousand years of world history, some super hero is going to bring about world peace? I don't think so. We are being duped. Or, at least some of us are.

"Let's unite all the religions. Isn't it wonderful that we're all in unity?"

Come on.

The very fact that the pope wants to unite all the world's religions is pretty clear and shocking evidence that he is a false prophet, if not the false prophet of the end time prophesied in Revelation 13.

Verse 11 says: "And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon."

This is the guy who "causes the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast..." Rev. 13:12 (The "first beast" is the king of the world or the Antichrist.)

Now, this false prophet (or second beast) is a very powerful guy and we should watch out for him just as much as the OWL (One World Leader) or Antichrist or Beast.

He may have the horns of a seemingly harmless lamb, but this guy is dangerous in his deceit!

Revelation 13:12 - And he exercises all the power of the first beast before him, and causes the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

WARING: DO NOT WORSHIP EITHER OF THESE GUYS. THAT INCLUDES POPE FRANCIS. Don't get sucked in by his encyclicals of "kindness" and "brotherly love".

13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, (right in front of the cameras!)

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

(So, there's going to be a guy who gets wounded to death with a sword but he comes back to life. This is the one to watch out for! He is the One World Leader or New World Order Ruler or Antichrist or Beast #1.)

15 And he (the False Prophet) had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

(That's the kind of power this false prophet will have! I'm going out on a limb here by saying I believe in my heart of hearts that Pope Francis could very easily be such a man. He may be the False Prophet. He has many of the ear marks.)

16 And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Here is a cross-reference to show you that the beast is also the "false prophet".

Revelation 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Ouch.

Now, I feel really sorry for all you Catholics out there who are so het up on Pope Francis, the "Miracle Pope" and all that. But, I have to warn you. "If the Truth kills, let it kill."

Jesus said, "Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them."

The pope is definitely coming in the name of Jesus. Maybe he will also tell us that he IS the Christ. Let's watch and see.

Jesus said it again in Matthew 24:5 and in Mark 13:6 "For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ: and shall deceive many."

Like the loving and concerned Father that He is, Jesus warned us, not once but three times that many would come in His name.

He also said, "There shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

To avoid such a thing from happening to us, we need to stay close to Jesus and stay steeped in the Word of God every day. Hang onto His Word and claim the promises of God!
